Her tattoos are the work of a genuine artist, someone who is fully in control of the mastery of tattoo. Traditional/Classic American tattoo always has the power to severely impress if it’s done properly. Valerie Vargas does it properly and then some. I can’t say enough good things about her tattoo style. All I know is that I want her to tattoo me. Watch this tattoo profile.
